Shipping Policy

To ensure timely delivery of your package, please verify that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including all necessary details such as abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable). We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS; however, expedited shipping is not available for these addresses. We reserve the right to change carriers as needed.

For international shipments, goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer, who authorizes [Your Store Name] to handle the import process. The consignee agrees to pay any applicable taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price.

Processing Time

All orders undergo a processing period before shipping. This period is separate from the shipping time once your order has been picked up by the carrier. Standard orders may take up to 3 business days to process (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Timelines

Shipping times are as follows:

  • Europe: 14-25 business days from shipment.
  • USA & Canada: 8-15 business days from shipment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from any credit issued.

Delivery Claims

If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier, but please note that claims may take up to 30 days to resolve. We do not issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Out of Stock Items

If your order includes items that are out of stock, we will ship the available items and issue a refund for the out-of-stock items.
